Yes. Although our physical office building is currently closed in accordance with recent orders put in place by the Governor of Massachusetts, we are indeed open for business. Thanks to modern technology we are able to work remotely and remain in constant contact with our clients, our staff, the court system and our professional networks.

We are available to assist you during normal business hours and at anytime throughout the day.

When and how can I contact you?

We can always be reached via email at steve@neymanlaw.com or via telephone at 617-263-6800. We can also schedule a video conference with you at your convenience.

What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?

We are available for video conference via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. We welcome the opportunity to work with new clients during these challenging times. We understand that having a criminal court case can be stressful even in the best of times and we are here to offer our knowledge, expertise and experience to assist you with obtaining the best possible outcome for your case.

How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?

Feel free to contact us at anytime with questions or for updates on the status of your case.

Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I am sick or quarantined?

At this time all trial courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are currently closed until at least April 06, 2020. The courts will hear emergency matters in court or whenever practicable by telephone or video conference.

All non-emergency matters will be rescheduled by the clerks office of the respective court working together with your attorney to select a new date.

If courts re-open and you are unable to attend due to being sick or quarantined, stay home. Your attorney can work with the court to have your presence waived and to select a new date to ensure that your case continues to move forward even in your absence.
