Charges of Soliciting a Prostitute Against Security Consultant to be Dismissed
Our client is a security consultant who has been in that industry for nearly 30 years. Several months ago he responded to an internet listing for sexual services in exchange for money. The pre-arranged meeting place was a hotel. When the man entered the hotel he went to the room where he was to receive services. He was met by police officers who immediately arrested him and charged him with solicting sex for a fee in violation of G.L. c. 272 section 53A. Attorney Neyman was hired. Today, the case was continued without a finding for 10 days. All charges will be dismissed adn the client’s employment will not be affected.
