Improve Your Chances of Winning by Hiring a Lawyer with Experience

Criminal Defense Attorney Stephen Neyman represents clients in Dedham District Court and Norfolk County Superior Court in a wide variety of cases, including probation violations, drunk driving charges (DUI, OUI), violent crimes, theft, burglary, robbery, sex crimes, drug crimes, weapons charges, property crimes and domestic violence and restraining order charges.

We Work Tirelessly to Achieve Maximum Success in the Courtroom

Our success stories in Dedham keep mounting. Recently Attorney Neyman represented a woman who was unable to accept a breakup with her boyfriend. When he left the home the woman broke in and destroyed the large majority of his belongings. She was seen leaving the home by the homeowner’s mother and she left a nasty message on his phone admitting her crimes and threatening more. That case got dismissed.

Many of the cases that our office defends in the Dedham District Court originated in Stoughton or Brookline. Neither of those courts have jury sessions and the option of proceeding without a jury is not always appealing. Having the case transferred to Dedham to take advantage of Norfolk County juries is a strategy that has worked for us and many of our clients over the years.

The Dedham District Court is located at 631 High Street, Dedham, MA, 02026. The court hears cases from Dedham and surrounding communities, including:

  • Westwood
  • Wellesley
  • Norwood
  • Needham
  • Medfield
  • Dover

Norfolk Superior Court is located at 650 High St., Dedham, MA 02026. Typically, Superior Court handles crimes that are much more severe than those handled in District Court and Superior Court judges can sentence convicted defendants to state prison for their crimes.

There is no Substitute for an Aggressive Criminal Defense Lawyer

Criminal Defense Lawyer Stephen Neyman has spent more than 20 years defending clients in Dedham District Court as well as Norfolk Superior Court and also handles probation violation hearings in Dedham. Having an attorney experienced in handling probation violations (sometimes called probation surrender hearings) is imperative to protecting your rights. While such hearings can be prompted by minor matters, even curfew violations or missing an appointment, a defendant can face serious jail time stemming from the original offense for which he or she was convicted.

If you have been convicted of a crime in Dedham or a surrounding area, please do not hesitate to contact Boston Criminal Defense Attorney Stephen Neyman at 617-263-6800 or contact us online.
