Not Guilty Verdict on Charges of Annoying and Accosting Against High School Teacher

Stephen Neyman

Our client is a school teacher at a local public high school with over 15 years experience. One of the students in his class complained to a guidance counselor that before each class the teacher would vent about his girlfriend cheating on him. He would continue on about the various sex acts he and his wife would engage in. The allegation further stated that he would talk about various sexual positions throughout the course of his class. The complaining student went further and complained that at least five or six times each class the teacher would walk up and down the rows of desks and look at her breast line, making her feel very uncomfortable. He was charged with annoying and accosting in violation of G.L. c. 272 section 53.  After trial a jury found our client not guilty.

Client Reviews

We went to trial and won. He saved me fifteen years mandatory in state prison for this case.

I hired him and he got the case dismissed before I had to go into a courtroom. My school never found out and if they had I would have lost my academic scholarships. He really saved my college career.

My union rep told me to call Steve Neyman. From the get go I felt comfortable with him. He took the time to talk to me about my case whenever I needed .... He even gave me his personal cell number and took all my calls. We won the case and I kept my job.
