  • Charges of Operating Uninsured Dismissed Prior to Arraignment

    On April 30, 2016 a Brookline police officer on routine patrol observed a motor vehicle with an expired registration sticker being driven on a public street. The officer conducted a routine traffic stop and soon learned that the driver of the car was uninsured. A summons for arraignment on a criminal complaint issued charging the driver with violating G.L. c. 90 Section 34J. The arraignment was scheduled for today. Our office was able to get all charges dismissed prior to arraignment.

  • Operating Uninsured Case Dismissed Prior to Arraignment

    The defendant is a college student who was driving a motor vehicle without having the car insured in violation of G.L. c. 90 Section 34J. He was stopped by the police and given a citation to report to court for arraignment. He hired Attorney Stephen Neyman to represent him. Today, Attorney Neyman was able to get all charges dismissed prior to arraignment.

  • Operating Uninsured Case Against Engineer Dismissed

    The defendant is a software engineer working at a high tech company in the Merrimack Valley. The prosecution alleged that the defendant committed a motor vehicle infraction that led to a stop of his car. The officer requesting his license and registration quickly learned that the man was operating without insurance. He was given a criminal citation requiring him to appear at the Lawrence District Court and answer to a criminal complaint. He hired Attorney Neyman. On the day of arraignment Attorney Neyman was able to get all charges dismissed.

  • Charges of operating an uninsured vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle dismissed after clerk's hearing

    Dorchester District Court: Our client, a Boston software developer, was stopped by state police for driving an unregistered vehicle. His insurance had been cancelled as a result of a missed payment. Police sought a criminal complaint. At a clerk's hearing today, our office succeeded in getting the complaint application dismissed.

    Dorchester District Court: Our client, a New York financial professional, was stopped by police after he was seen driving without a rear license plate. Police noticed that an Indiana dealer plate was attached to the front of the car. The vehicle was unregistered and uninsured. He was charged with attaching a number plate to conceal identity and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Denise Dolan of our office represented him, and the charges will be dismissed upon payment of costs.

    Newton District Court Docket Number: 09-0507. The district attorneys office alleged that on April 22, 2009 our client was operating a motor vehicle on a public way when local police noticed that she had an expired inspection sticker. They stopped her and determined that her car was unregistered and uninsured. A complaint issued and she hired Attorney Stephen Neyman. All charges were dismissed at her arraignment earlier today.
